It is the weirdest coloured day in Brisbane today.
It is green, a murky grey-green that blankets the city and surrounds.
An impending doom on the horizon? Who knows.
But the city is covered in gloom, and it’s been there all morning.
What does this colour mean, and why does it veil my city?
Is anyone else noticing it? Does anyone else care?
Awash with this shade, the city is ominous.
The river reveals nothing, it just goes on reflecting the sky,
The sky appears normal and overcast, and has no explanation for this colour.

Phat poem. I liked the colour, it was nice. All the colours should get a go at being the sky, not just blue :)

If it helps the Sunshine Coast was a yukky urine yellow. Hey Wayne, perhaps all colours EXCEPT urine yellow should get a go at being the sky :) But it already had a go I guess, I just hope it doesn't return!!
